Process 

During the initial assessment, I will attempt to fix the issue using only the parts I have on hand or without any additional components. If the furniture is unable to return from the reclined position, I will lower it and ensure it is secured properly.

Should the repair not be successful, I will promptly search for the necessary parts online and provide you with an immediate estimate.

If you choose to proceed with the repair, you will not incur any charges until the furniture is fully operational. However, if you are content with simply having the furniture lowered and secured, the cost will be £42.

All prices include the call-out fee, parts, and installation.

All new components come with a one-year warranty.
