Parts Warranty

All new components provided and installed by Recliner Repairs 24/7 on your furniture come with a one-year warranty. Used components that have been installed will be covered by a six-month warranty.

To be eligible for a claim under this warranty, all parts must have been properly maintained and not subjected to misuse.

In the event that parts fail due to a manufacturing defect and fall within the one-year or six-month warranty period, I will replace the parts at no cost to you.

It is important to note that this replacement does not extend the original one-year warranty, which will still conclude on the initial date.

Claims must be made promptly; any additional damage resulting from a delay in reporting will not be covered.

If the installed component is functioning properly and a different part has malfunctioned, you will incur a call-out fee. Should you wish to proceed with the repair, charges for the part and installation will be applicable.
